Jan 26, 2021 - Polaris Energy Services filed testimony in the California Public Utility Commission's proceeding recommending program enhancements that can increase agricultural sector participation in Demand Response in the near term. The Investor Owned Utilities (IOUs) have proposed changes that will increase the ability of growers and irrigation districts to access automation incentives. Polaris welcomes these changes and encourages the IOUs and CPUC to also fix the programs so that the capacity is available when needed most.
